Adastra appoints Stefanie Lüdecke as CEO of German business

Global consulting firm Adastra has appointed Stefanie Lüdecke as its new CEO for the German market.

With dual headquarters in the Czech Republic and Canada, Adastra specializes in digital transformation and technology consulting services, focusing on areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud, data engineering, and application development. The firm works closely with technology partners including Databricks, Microsoft, Google, AWS, and Bloomreach.

Stefanie Lüdecke has been with the consulting firm since June 2025, when she joined as Chief Revenue Officer for Adastra’s German business. Since then, she has played an important role in refining the company’s commercial strategy, strengthening its solutions portfolio, and advancing its market position in the country.

Now stepping up to CEO, she will lead Adastra’s strategic direction, operations, and team in the German market – which is one of the group’s core markets on the European continent. In Germany, Adastra operates with six offices – in Frankfurt, Wolfsburg, Munich, Darmstadt, Hannover, and Magdeburg.

Commenting on her new role, Lüdecke said: “Germany is at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation journey. Organizations need partners that combine technological excellence with deep industry understanding. This is where Adastra can truly make a difference. With strong teams, close proximity to our customers and scalable solutions, we aim not only to support German businesses but to actively help shape the market. I look forward to taking this next step together with our clients and colleagues.”

Pavel Kysela, CEO of Adastra, added: “Germany is a key pillar in our long-term strategy. Stefanie brings the leadership, market insight and strategic vision required to further strengthen our footprint in the region and unlock the next phase of growth.”

Globally, Adastra has more than 2,000 employees in Europe, North America, and Asia. The company is backed by private equity giant Carlyle, which came on board in July last year and is a majority shareholder.
