Arthur D. Little adds new partner Marc Hoogenberg to Growth practice
Global strategy and management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has strengthened its Dutch partner team with Marc Hoogenberg.
Appointed a partner in the Growth practice, Marc Hoogenberg brings over 25 years of consulting experience with deep expertise in improving commercial strategies, capabilities, and operating models.
A well-known speaker and thought leader in the field, his experience includes projects covering growth, marketing and sales functions for consumer goods, retail, and leisure businesses. He works across functional topics including growth, margin improvement, portfolio and brand strategy, value proposition, route-to-market, marketing effectiveness, category management, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
During his career, he has worked for several global and specialist consultancies. He joins Arthur D. Little from Strategy&, where he was a partner and headed its Consumer Markets practice in the EMEA region. Hoogenberg spent a total of fifteen years at Strategy& (and previously Booz & Company), and before that served Accenture, McKinsey & Company, and boutique player PPMC.

Marc Hoogenberg holds an MBA from Lemniscaat School of Management and a Master’s Degree in Econometrics from Erasmus University, both in the Netherlands.
