Bain & Company appoints Cédric Bovy as managing partner for Benelux cluster
Bain & Company has appointed Cédric Bovy as head of its Benelux cluster, which spans the firm’s business in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Based in Brussels, Cédric Bovy is a longtime company member – he has been with the global strategy consulting firm since 2006. He is a senior partner in the Consumer Products practice and serves as the leader of the Private Equity and Financial Investors practice in the Benelux.
Bovy previously also served as leader of Bain & Company’s Talent & Human Resources team in Belgium, overseeing recruitment, staff retention, talent management, and learning & development.
Throughout his 20-year career with the firm, Bovy has advised a wide range of clients, including financial investors, family offices and private equity-owned companies, and worked with clients across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. He is an expert in commercial and operational due diligence, strategy, portfolio company value creation, and performance improvement.

According to Bain & Company, its Benelux cluster is enjoying “rapid growth” amid high client demand across the full range of its practices and capabilities. Together, the Amsterdam and Brussels offices have more than 400 consultants and staff.
