Bain & Company appoints Vincent Goffin as Head of Brussels office
Global strategy and management consulting firm Bain & Company has appointed Vincent Goffin as the new Head of its Brussels office.
Vincent Goffin succeeds Caroline Grauwels who – under the firm’s rotational leadership model – returns to working full-time with clients as a leader in the global Consumer Products practice.
Goffin has been with Bain & Company since 2011 and became a partner mid-2021. He is a member of the Chemicals, Energy & Natural Resources, Utilities & Renewables, and Private Equity practices.
An expert in operating model & organization, transformation, strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation, Goffin has worked across a broad range of industrial sectors with a specific focus on chemicals, building products, and business services – with both corporate and private equity clients.
Throughout his career with Bain & Company, Goffin has worked on projects in Belgium and across Western-Europe and North America. He has worked out of various Bain offices worldwide and completed a six-months externship at energy group EDF Luminus.
Vincent Goffin holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from KU Leuven in Belgium.
Bain & Company launched its Brussels office in 1990 – the team is currently based at the city’s iconic Blue Tower. Last week, another Brussels-based partner, Cédric Bovy, was elevated to Head of its Benelux cluster.
