Following expansion into Norway, Cedra has now also launched in Denmark though a strategic partnership with local players Roesgaard and Inforevision.

The new Cedra business in Denmark is founded by Roesgaard and Inforevision, with private equity group Adelis as growth partner. The goal is to become the leading player in audit and advisory services for small and mid-market customers in the country.

At launch, Cedra has around 300 employees and a revenue of DKK 330 million, although the objective is to rapidly grow further through organic growth and acquisitions.

Jens Roesgaard from Roesgaard and Mark Schneekloth Jensen from Inforevision have been appointed as Co-CEOs of Cedra in Denmark. “We are very pleased to join forces and establish Cedra together with our approximately 300 colleagues. Our ambition is clear: to create the industry’s most attractive workplace with the highest quality and customer satisfaction. We are confident that Cedra will attract many talented auditors, advisors, and companies across the country.”

Cedra was established at the start of 2025 in Sweden through the merger of five accounting firms. Shortly after that, Cedra acquired the SME audit and advisory business of PwC in Sweden, comprising 270 employees and over 20 offices. In June, Cedra also bought Deloitte’s offices in Östersund, Luleå, and Sundsvall (approximately 35 employees).

In August, Cedra launched in Norway following the carve-out acquisition of Deloitte’s SME business. That deal saw around 300 professionals working from 13 locations cross to Cedra.

While the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish country businesses will collaborate closely, they operate independently and as standalone entities. All three are backed by private equity investor Adelis.

“Following the successful establishment of Cedra in Sweden and Norway, we are pleased to now announce Denmark as the third country in the Cedra network. We see significant potential for Cedra’s partnership model in Denmark and look forward to welcoming more entrepreneurs on this exciting growth journey,” said Martin Welna from Adelis.
