EFESO Management Consultants appoints Paola Pagni as Chief HR Officer
EFESO Management Consultants has appointed Paola Pagni as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
Based out of the firm’s Italian office, Paola Pagni brings more than 20 years of international experience in human resources, human capital and culture to the firm.
Pagni supports executive teams in building effective and inclusive people agendas, designing scalable HR processes, and fostering cultures that enable sustainable performance and long-term value creation. Her expertise spans people strategy design, talent management, executive coaching, leadership development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and post-merger HR integration.
At EFESO Management Consultants, a global operations consulting firm with over around 1,000 employees worldwide, Pagni leads the group’s people strategy. In a statement, the consulting firm said she he will lead the “development toward a more structured and high-performing organization, focusing on leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational growth across geographies.”

Prior to joining the company. Pagni served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at executive search group Chaberton Partners, leading the HR function across the group and setting up people processes. Earlier roles include HR Director at Mercer, senior HR leadership positions at elipsLife Swiss Re Group, and a 17-year career at McKinsey & Company in talent development, recruiting, and staffing leadership across Southern Europe.
Paola Pagni holds a degree in Philosophy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and an Executive Coaching Certification from Escuela Europea de Coaching. She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach.
