Google Cloud places Devoteam in new Diamond tier of Partner Network program

Following Google Cloud’s wide-reaching revamp of its Partner Network program, the cloud giant has announced that it has placed Devoteam in its new Diamond tier – the highest distinction within the program.

Established in 2012, the Google Cloud Partner Network aims to drive the successful adoption of Google Cloud solutions and services by equipping partners – including consulting firms and systems integrators – with the tools, competencies, and commercial frameworks needed to design, build, implement, and manage cloud solutions.

Originally launched as the Google Cloud Partner Program, the initiative evolved into Partner Advantage around 2019 before being replaced by the newly introduced Partner Network at the start of this year. With the global roll-out of the updated framework now complete, consultancies worldwide eagerly awaited their classification under the new model.

Much of the anticipation centered on which firms would secure the top-level Diamond tier – a new addition introduced when Google Cloud moved from a two-tier structure to a three-tier model comprising Select, Premier, and Diamond levels.

Devoteam reaches the highest tier

Paris-headquartered Devoteam, which employs around 11,000 professionals in 25+ countries, has been named among the select group of partners positioned in the Diamond tier.

“Achieving Diamond status is a testament to the scale and impact of our collaboration with Google Cloud,” said Valon Rexhepi, Senior Vice President Cloud Platforms at Devoteam. “This distinction reflects our relentless commitment to delivering cutting-edge Google Cloud solutions that generate outstanding outcomes for our customers globally.”

Devoteam attained Diamond status across three partner paths: Co-sell Partner, Services Partner, and Google Workspace Co-sell & Services Partner.

Beyond its Diamond designation, the firm has also secured Premier tier status in the Technology Paths for both Google Cloud and Google Workspace. In addition, Devoteam earned 20 Competencies – the new accreditation replacing the former Specializations – achieving the highest level (‘Advanced Competency’) in 17 of those areas.

“Achieving Diamond status and 17 Advanced Competencies demonstrates that our teams consistently deliver high-quality, consultative technical expertise aligned with our customers’ specific business needs,” said Jason Quek, Chief Technology Officer at Devoteam.

Alongside its strong position within Google Cloud’s ecosystem, Devoteam is also a leading services provider in the partner programs of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
