International management consultancy Horváth has strengthened its leadership team with four new partners: Adrian Bötz, Stefan Leber, Ralf Noffke, and Georg Mrusek.
Effective April 1, 2026, the quartet strengthen Horváth’s capabilities in the areas of automotive, mobility, finance, and risk & compliance.
Adrian Bötz has been with Horváthsince 2014 and has since then progressed through all consulting levels to now become partner. His focus lies in the field of risk & compliance, with a particular emphasis on digital identity as an enabler of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Bötz, who is based in Germany, has played a key role in developing Horváth’s Digital Identity offering and has supported clients across various industries.
Stefan Leber combines many years of industry experience with extensive consulting expertise. He began his career in 2007 at Semperit, a listed Austrian industrial group, where he rose to Head of Group Controlling. In subsequent management roles within the manufacturing industry, he gained experience in restructuring and turnaround management.
Leber has been with Horváth since 2017 and is a senior member of the CFO Strategy & Performance Management practice, working with clients on financial optimization and management. He is based in Austria.
Ralf Noffke has been with Horváth since 2017 and is a member of the Controlling & Finance practice in Switzerland. His expertise lies in finance, closing and consolidation processes, and external reporting.
Noffke has over two decades of experience in leading large-scale finance transformations, implementing new accounting standards and IFRS conversions, optimizing financial processes, and implementing group-wide consolidation and reporting solutions, as well as end-to-end optimization of financial processes. He advises clients in industries such as energy, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and services.
Georg Mrusek is a new partner based in Germany, although his practice has a strong focus on the Chinese market. A member of the Automotive practice, he recognized early on the global significance of emerging Chinese OEMs and has built an extensive client base among international automotive groups.
He has deep automotive expertise and advises industry players on topics such as strategy, sales, and aftersales, as well as electromobility, autonomous driving, and mobility ecosystems.
Founded in 1981 in Stuttgart, Horváth today has 1,400 employees across offices on Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
