Mews Partners appoints Caroline Billotte as head of Procurement practice
French management consultancy Mews Partners has strengthened its partner team with Caroline Billotte.
Appointed head of the Procurement practice, Caroline Billotte has been tasked with expanding the firm’s procurement capabilities across its offices in France and Germany.
The role is new for Mews Partners, with procurement expertise previously integrated within other offerings such as supply chain and operational excellence. "By creating this dedicated partner role, we’re formalizing our focus on procurement and growth ambition in the domain," said Franck Vigilant, CEO of Mews Partners.
Billotte brings extensive experience in procurement to the role. She began her career in operational procurement at Valeo in Germany, before joining Novares Group as Plant Purchasing Manager. Drawing on this hands-on field experience, she moved into management consulting, supporting procurement, operations and finance functions in their transformation programmes.
She kicked off her consulting adventure with Kurt Salmon (which later on was acquired by Accenture), and then crossed to Sopra Steria Next (the consulting arm of Sopra Steria). Most recently, she was a partner at iQo, where she led procurement transformation programmes for major players across industry, luxury goods, food and beverage, retail and defence.
“Caroline’s expertise enhances our mastery of the value chain. She perfectly embodies the professional excellence and human values of Mews Partners and will help our clients navigate their most ambitious transformations,” said Vigilant.
Commenting on her move, Billotte said: “What convinced me to join Mews Partners is its ability to combine deep sector expertise with collective strength, both in France and Germany, to deliver concrete answers aligned with the operational realities of our clients.”
Under Billotte’s leadership, Mews Partners will structure its procurement service around three key themes: procurement for industrial companies, sustainability and decarbonization, and AI-augmented procurement transformation.
Founded in 1992, Mews Partners has nearly 300 consultants and staff working from offices in Toulouse, Marseille, Lyon, Munich and Hamburg.
