Mirko René Gramatke joins Analysys Mason as partner in Munich
Analysys Mason, a global TMT-focused strategy consultancy, has appointed Mirko René Gramatke as a partner in its German business.
Operating out of Munich, Mirko René Gramatke brings more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience across technology, media and digital infrastructure.
Before joining Analysys Mason, Gramatke held leadership roles at Monitor Deloitte and Altman Solon. Earlier in his career, he led his own investment company focused on the media and entertainment sectors, led his own consultancy for internet and entertainment start-ups, and worked at ProSiebenSat.1 as a Senior Business Development Manager, where he helped expand the group’s entertainment partnerships.
Throughout his career, he has advised corporates and private equity firms (including their portfolio companies) on strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and operational value‑creation initiatives. He also delivered strategic and transformation projects at clients in sectors such as technology, digital infrastructure, media and telecom.
At Analysys Mason, Gramatke will focus on M&A and transactions work, with a focus on digital infrastructure, telecoms and ICT services.
