Nova Reperta welcomes new shareholder and partner group for next growth chapter
Nova Reperta, a management consultancy with offices in Brussels and Amsterdam, has welcomed a new strategic investor.
Announced this morning, Tilleghem has come on board as a new shareholder, with the aim to support the firm’s next chapter of growth and professionalization. Ardian, which held a stake since 2021, has meanwhile exited its participation. In sync with the investor swap, a new generation of partners has been admitted into the partnership, strengthening Nova Reperta’s leadership ranks.
Filip Leflot, Managing Partner of Nova Reperta, said that the transaction marks a logical next step in the evolution of the company. “We have had an enriching and successful journey together with Ardian. We express our sincere appreciation for their trust and collaboration. Now, we look forward to our exciting new partnership with Tilleghem as we pursue the next phase of growth.”
“This transaction reinforces our long-term continuity by anchor ownership in the firm, and the new shareholder structure aligns closely with our long-term strategic direction,” he added.
Founded in 2011, Nova Reperta operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with executive teams and investors to realize performance improvement, drive value creation programs, redesign operating models and deliver end-to-end transformation. The firm, which employs around 80 consultants and has a network of over 100 associates, also has an Digital & IT advisory arm: Nova Ventura.
Originally active in service-based industries, Nova Reperta has in recent years expanded into more operationally intensive environments, such as consumer goods. Recent engagements include finance transformation programs, end-to-end performance improvement initiatives, value creation plans, digital transformation programs and operating model redesign for clients such as AXA, Carglass, Ayvens, PostLux and DPG, as well as private equity portfolio companies.
Under the wings of Ardian, Nova Reperta also strengthened its AI-driven transformation capabilities. “We support leadership teams in defining clear AI ambition, prioritizing high-value use cases, building robust business cases and helping customers build their own AI capabilities. From strategic blueprint to execution and change enablement,” explained Leflot.
Growth ambition
Looking ahead, Leflot said that the goal is to accelerate in the coming years. This will see Nova Reperta expand its presence in its two core markets, explore expansion into other countries, deepen its capabilities, and further leverage its AI capabilities.
“Tilleghem’s entry as a new shareholder will reinforce the expansion of our capabilities across management consulting, digital transformation and AI adoption.”
