PMP Strategy appoints three new associate partners in Paris office
International consultancy PMP Strategy has promoted Romain Blondel, Hélène Moin and Louise Potin to Associate Partners in its Paris office.
Romain Blondel has been with PMP Strategy since 2022, and previously also worked for the firm between 2014 and 2017. In between, he gained experience at Eiffage, where he led projects and roll-outs in the telecom landscape.
At PMP Strategy, he advises telecom operators and digital infrastructure players on large-scale operational strategic transformations, and provides due diligence expertise to investment funds and their portfolio companies.

Hélène Moin has been with PMP Strategy since 2018, establishing herself as a trusted authority on the transformation of media and cultural institutions. She leads market studies and strategic engagements for corporate and institutional stakeholders on topics spanning growth strategy, value creation, regulatory positioning, and ecosystem analysis.

Louise Potin joined PMP Strategy in 2015 within the Telecoms, Media & Technology practice, where she has become an indispensable member of the team. She advises operators and B2B players on strategic engagements spanning infrastructure strategy, operations, valuations, financing structures, and growth and transformation plans. Louise is a graduate of HEC Paris.
