Vintura strengthens team with Manuel Voll and Ismail Ismail

Vintura, a Western European consulting firm, has strengthened its team with two new appointments.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, with additional offices in Germany and the United Kingdom, Vinturaworks with clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors on topics including strategy, performance improvement, organisation & change, quantitative research, innovation lifecycle management, market access, and value-based healthcare.

Strengthening the firm’s team at its Dutch home base are Manuel Voll, who has been appointed Associate Partner, and Ismail Ismail, who has joined as Manager.

Voll brings nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences. His career includes leadership roles at organisations such as Bristol Myers Squibb, IQVIA, Organon, Alliance Healthcare, and Lagom Healthcare Support. At Vintura, he will advise clients on commercial strategy, organisational development, innovation, and leadership effectiveness.

Ismail Ismail joins the firm with a background in health policy and economics. He has expertise in strategy, policy research, and innovation, gained both in academia and as a consultant. Prior to joining Vintura, Ismail worked at TNO in a commercial role, and previously worked at Capgemini Invent and Equalis (which was acquired by Vintura in 2021).
