Argon promotes Andreas Schwenzer, Guilhem Delorme and Laura Magee to partner

Global operations and supply chain consulting firm Argon & Co has promoted three new partners in Europe.

Andreas Schwenzer has over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience, with deep expertise across the energy, utilities and commodities sector.

Based in the firm’s Hamburg office, he works with clients on complex transformation programmes in operations, decarbonisation, trading and risk management, supporting them from strategy development through to implementation.

Guilhem Delorme has been with Argon & Co since 2016 and currently leads the IRIS offering in France. IRIS is the firm’s specialist data and AI practice focused on operations. Over the past year, he has also played a key role in advancing Argon & Co’s AI capabilities across Europe.

In his client work, Paris-based Delorme helps organisations transform their operating models and processes through data and AI solutions, and supports the scaling of AI programmes.

Laura Magee is based in the London office, where she leads the firm’s Transformation practice in the United Kingdom. In her partner role, she will continue to grow the practice and strengthen Argon & Co’s position as a trusted partner for complex change.

Magee has been with Argon & Co for over a decade and has 18 years of consulting and industry experience. Outside of consulting, she has also worked for Vodafone and battery specialist Recharge Industries.

Commenting on the promotions, Jean-François Laget, CEO of Argon & Co, said: “With expertise spanning artificial intelligence, operations transformation and change management, these appointments significantly strengthen our capabilities, enhancing the value we deliver for our clients across industries. Developing internal talent remains central to our strategy, and these promotions reflect our shared ambition to be a leading global management consultancy.”

Elsewhere, Argon & Co also promoted four new partners in Australia: Felix Kong in Brisbane, Evert Westerhof in Melbourne, and Oliver North and Warren Proctor in Sydney.
