Roland Berger welcomes Antoine Kimmel to French partner team

Roland Berger has strengthened its partnership in France with the appointment of Antoine Kimmel, who joins from the French boutique Archery Strategy Consulting.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Kimmel brings over two decades of experience across consulting and industry. At Roland Berger, he is a member of the Industrial Products & Services practice, where he focuses on strategy, mergers & acquisitions – including pre- and post-transaction engagements – post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation projects.

His primary focus will be on Roland Berger’s aerospace and defense portfolio, a sector experiencing significant growth as Europe ramps up defense capabilities in line with NATO’s strategic priorities.

Kimmel began his career at PwC in the Transaction Services practice, working first in London and then in Paris. Five years later, he joined L.E.K. Consulting, where he was promoted to manager during his three-year tenure. He subsequently spent several years at Stratorg, a French management consultancy, serving as a principal, before founding his own consulting firm (Kairn Strategy Consulting), focusing on aerospace and defense projects.

Before joining Archery Strategy Consulting in 2023, Kimmel temporarily stepped away from consulting to lead Algam, a French SME and distributor of musical instruments and audio equipment.

Earlier this year, Roland Berger also promoted Charles Colrat to its partnership in France. The German-origin strategy consulting firm now has over 40 partners in the Paris office, up from around 35 a year ago.
